Thank you for choosing to shop at www.NatureFit.com.au. Please read the Terms of Service before using this site. These terms will apply to use of the website and your purchase of items from our store. By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these conditions. As needed we may modify the Terms of Service so please review the conditions regularly.


We appreciate you want your items quickly. This is why at NatureFit we strive to send orders within one working day of the order being completed and payment received. In the case of weekends and or public holidays we ship on the next available working day.

When you place an order with NatureFit you will receive an immediate confirmation email prior to your order being processed. If for any reason NatureFit doesn’t have the item you want in stock, we will notify you immediately to offer a refund.


NatureFit currently offers two payment options; Electronic Funds Transfer (or Direct Deposit) and PayPal – now considered one of the most secure payment gateways on the internet.

Electronic Fund Transfers - The time it takes for your bank to transfer your payment to us varies. NatureFit cannot be held responsible for the amount of time taken to receive your payment. Please quote your order number with your payment so that we can link the payment to your order and despatch your item accordingly.

PayPal - PayPal offers NatureFit customer’s greater freedom as it now accepts payments from Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Bank Accounts. You don’t have to be a PayPal member to use this payment option for Debit and Credit Card payments. For more info on how to use your Credit Card please click here.

When using PayPal as a preferred method of payment it is important that you follow the NatureFit store check out process. Please DO NOT go directly to PayPal to make the payment as this may cause unnecessary complications to your order.


All items in our store are for shipping throughout Australia only 

At NatureFit, we are passionate about health and nutrition, and as we understand that shipping costs may affect your decision, we have chosen to offer Free Shipping Australia Wide conditions apply, for all orders over $200.00* (conditions apply).

Where this isn’t possible we have tried to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Therefore, we offer flat rate shipping charge of $10.00.

In return, we would greatly appreciate it if you would support us by sharing NatureFit with others.

* For remote and rural areas please contact me for a postage quote.


Items are delivered by Courier to either your home or workplace. When you pay for your items, please include a delivery address including phone and or mobile numbers so that we can contact you as needed.

For all orders, with the exception of Blendtec orders, if you are not at the designated delivery address when the courier arrives, they will leave a delivery note at the premises with the driver’s mobile phone number. You will need to call the driver and arrange another drop off time.

For Blendtec orders, we need to use a different courier that requires you to nominate a day for delivery where someone needs to sign for receipt of delivery. In this instance, we will contact you to make these arrangements. If for what ever reason the courier needs to redeliver, you will be charged any additional delivery fee/s.


Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure the courier company delivers the product to you as soon as possible, we cannot be held responsible for the amount of time of delivery once the item has left the warehouse.

NSW and QLD Metropolitan customers: Allow 1-3 business days delivery from time of dispatch
VIC and ACT Metropolitan customers: Allow 3-5 business days delivery from time of dispatch
NT and SA Metropolitan customers: Allow 3-8 business days delivery from time of dispatch
WA and TAS Metropolitan customers: Allow 7 business days delivery from time of dispatch
Country customers: Add an additional 1-2 days for your delivery

Additional and or Replacements parts

Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you further.


For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items please contact us within 7 days and we will endeavour to resolve the issue quickly.

Please be aware that we will not accept any returned goods without NatureFit’s prior authorisation.


Please contact us and we will assist you with the relevant details for the respective Dealer and instructions.

Please ensure that upon initial delivery that you fulfil your requirements to register your item for warranty as appropriate.


If you think that the product you have purchased requires on site servicing please contact us. In many instances, we can resolve the issue via email, over the phone or by sending parts after consult with the Dealer.

If it has been established that your machine does need to be physically inspected, we will provide the respective Dealers details and instructions for sending your item for inspection.

Electronic Communications

When you send orders and e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. In doing so, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or telephone. You agree that all agreements, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy therefore please be assured that your details remain private and we will not sell, rent or disclose your details to anyone.

When shipping has been arranged, it will be necessary for us to disclose your name, postal and contact phone number/s in order for NatureFit to fulfil the purpose of delivering your order to you.

You have the opportunity to be removed from our database at any time. Upon your request your details will be removed immediately.

Agreement & Disclaimer

By placing your order with NatureFit you agree to provide NatureFit with accurate and complete information. You agree to maintain and update your information as required to keep it accurate.

As a customer of NatureFit you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity when ordering. You are responsible and liable for any activity by any person who uses your information with NatureFit. Other users of your details will be bound by this Agreement as if they were you.

You acknowledge that products obtained from NatureFit are provided only for personal use by you and members of your household, and not for commercial use or for use by organisations or other groups of users. You agree you are responsible for determining whether a particular product is fit for purpose or use.

You acknowledge that all materials available through NatureFit may be protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You agree that your use of such materials is governed by all applicable laws and regulations.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on this website. However, NatureFit shall have no liability to any entity with respect to any inaccuracy, misleading information, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the information contained on this site.

NatureFit reserves the right to correct and amend inaccurate information and is not bound in any way through the publication of incorrect information to honour or commit to obligations as a result of those inaccuracies.
