24 hour Cancellation Conditions

Group places are limited therefore if for any reason you are not able to attend the scheduled session, notice of your cancellation is required at least 24hrs prior to the given session time. This enables me to

offer your place to someone else where possible.

This also applies to non-attendance. Non-attendance refers to participants that neither officialy cancel or attend their scheduled session.

Failure to notify me of your cancellation within the given period will result in your being invoiced for 100% of the defaulted scheduled session fee.

2 hour Cancellation Conditions

I understand the unpredictablilty of babies and children, therfore I also offer participants a 2 hour Cancellation period.

This means that a participant must contact me 2 hours prior to the given session time to notify me of their inability to attend for any reason. By doing so the participant agrees to compensate NatureFit 50% of the defaulted session fee.
